We may suspend access to any part of the site, including during scheduled maintenance, without prior notice. Donations This website does not process payments. To donate, use the M-Pesa or bank details shown on our Donate page and complete the payment yourself in your own M-Pesa or banking app, checking the details carefully before you confirm. Donations are voluntary contributions toward our mission and are generally non-refundable, except where a payment was processed in error (for example, a duplicate charge), in which case please contact us and we will investigate promptly. We use donations to fund our mentorship, leadership, learning enrichment and life skills programmes and the running costs directly associated with them. Recurring donations Any regular giving, for example a monthly standing order, is arranged and managed by you through your own bank or M-Pesa account, and you may stop it at any time. Content and intellectual property The text, images, and design of this website belong to Humanity Foundation Kenya or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent. Stories and testimonials shared on this site are published with the consent of the people or families involved. Limitation of liability We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty that it is free of errors or that the website will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Humanity Foundation Kenya is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
