A 12-week cohort programme for grades 4 to 8. Small teams move through four stages, guided by mentors, and finish by designing and running a real service project for their school or community.

Each stage builds on the last. Pupils do not just hear about leadership, they practise it every week, in a group small enough that everyone gets a turn.

We check these with class teachers before and after each cohort, not to grade children, but to see whether the programme is doing what we say it does.
