A 12-week programme for grades 4 to 8. Small teams move through four stages, guided by mentors, and finish by running a real service project they designed themselves.
Discover
Pupils explore their strengths, values and the needs around them through guided activities and reflection.
Practice
Weekly clubs build communication, teamwork and confidence in a small, supportive group.
Lead
Each pupil takes a turn leading, a game, a discussion, a small team, with mentor coaching and honest feedback.
Serve
Teams design and run a real service project for their school or community, start to finish.
