Baby kasaka at Kiambu Level 5 hospital

At Tigoni hospital on 1st April 2022. A case that later turned to be an emergency, at this point we were waiting for the emergency Ambulance to rush his to Kiambu Level 5 hospital.

His situation on 1st April 2022, when he was not being able to urinate.

This Picture was taken on 1st April 2022 at Kwambira, Limuru when we were notified about his case. This was before we even started the hospital processes. He could not urinate and hence urine had started being absorbed into his system, that is the reason behind his look.
